WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

Our price includes shipping to anywhere in the USA including Puerto Rico. For an additional cost starting at $1.20, we can ship internationally to most countries. We use the Global Forever® stamp, which currently costs $1.20 for mail up to 1 oz. The Postal Service™ is temporarily suspending international mail acceptance for certain destinations due to service impacts related to the COVID-19 pandemic. Click here to learn more.  

WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER AND WHAT IS THE COST?

We ship by USPS First Class or USPS Standard Post in a high-quality, non-bendable mailer. We can fit up to three cards in one mailer. There is no shipping cost if we mail the card directly to your recipient because we include the First Class stamp in our price

WHAT KIND OF STAMPS DO YOU USE?

We offer a selection of 2020 USPS First Class Mail stamps. including flowers and garden scenes.

HOW CAN I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed, from there, you can check your order status. You will also receive an email once your order has shipped with tracking information

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If an item arrives damaged, a refund is available.

Refunds are available for up to 14 days after the item is received. The buyer must pay to reship the item back to us. Once the item is received, a refund will be granted. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please contact us at care@wishbar.co
